How do you calculate my monthly ad spend?

Monthly spend is calculated from all the campaigns that you want ROAS monster to be active on.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by clicking on “Cancel my subscription” in the billing page of your ROAS monster account, or by emailing us at info@roasmonster.com.

Will ROAS monster interfere with other tools I might be using?

No, ROAS monster will not affect any other app or tool you might be using.

Do you fetch data from the past?

We fetch your data for the past 30 days, so you already have results to check once you start using the app.

Can I use the tool for selected campaigns only?

Yes, you can choose the campaigns which you want to use ROAS monster for. All other campaigns will not be affected by the app and won’t be included when calculating your monthly spend for billing.

Can I change the language in ROAS monster?

Our app is currently only available in English. You will be notified if we add a new language.

Can I see my results in preferred currency?

Even if your results are in different currencies, we merge them and convert them into your chosen one, using daily conversion rates.

Does the app interfere with my ad settings?

ROAS monster does not affect your ads, it simply provides a comprehensive and functional way of seeing your results and acting on them.

How do you calculate real ROAS and CPO?

By merging your ad results and web shop statistics.

Can I add users to my account?

Sure, you can add your colleagues, partners or even clients as users and assign them a role to control which information they have access to.

Does the app require setup?

ROAS monster requires minimal setup. Before you start using it, you need to connect your web shops and ad accounts. The good news is we are always here to lend a helping hand if needed.

Can I use ROAS monster on my phone?

Yes, it is important to us that you have real-time data available anywhere and anyplace, which is why you can log into ROAS monster on your phone as well.
